e-goodies

e-junkiescreencap1

Being a big fan of e-junkie's services, support, and ease of use, I want to mention some new things that are going on at our favorite e-commerce site. While updating some product listings and creating some Twitter discount codes I noticed a few new services had appeared and checked in with Robin over at e-junkie to see what they were all about. Not only did he give me a run down of the new features, he let me in on some that are yet unannounced.

The newest feature is...

• The ability to send newsletters to customers. These are sent just like sending out product updates. Slick and easy to use. [Available now]

Robin also has a lot planned for the future of e-junkie. Coming soon e-junkie users can expect...

• Shopping cart discounts. These allow merchants to offer bulk discounts based on a cart's order total. Makes it easy to create store wide discounts without editing each product. [Coming in approximately 1-2 weeks]

• The ability to have both simple and advanced drop-downs options in purchase buttons. A great example of a use for this is selling T-shirts in various sizes, with only one button. [Coming in approximately 3 weeks]

• The ability for merchants to create and offer discount codes to affiliates and then track sales using those rather than just affiliate links. [Coming later this year]

• Free online shops for merchants who don't have their own websites. [Coming later this year]
